Villa Estuary is located at No. 561/A, Athuruwella, Induruwa 80510, in the Galle District of Southern Sri Lanka. It is approximately 5km south of Bentota, 90 minutes from Colombo, and 300m from Induruwa Beach.

How far is Villa Estuary from the beach?

Villa Estuary is approximately 300 metres from Induruwa Beach, across the main road. Villa 4, our separate private estate, is about 400 metres from the beach.

Is breakfast included at Villa Estuary?

Yes, breakfast is included in all room rates at Villa Estuary. Guests can choose between a Sri Lankan breakfast (hoppers, string hoppers, pancake, bread with pol sambol) or an English breakfast (eggs, sausages, bread with butter and jam). Both options include fresh juice, tropical fruit and your choice of Ceylon tea, coffee or milk. Subject to daily availability.

How much does it cost to stay at Villa Estuary?

Rates start from $45 per night for a Deluxe Room, $60 per night for Villa 1 or Villa 2, $120 per night for Villa 3 (whole building), $200 per night for Villa 4, and $350 per night for the whole property exclusively.

Is the cooking class open to non-guests?

Yes. Our Sri Lankan cooking class is open to villa guests and outside visitors alike. Classes run every day, last 3 hours, and are hosted by Oshika, our Japanese-speaking culinary host. From $50 per person.

Is there a Japanese-speaking host at Villa Estuary?

Yes. Our host Oshika is a former Japanese language teacher and speaks Japanese fluently. She can assist Japanese guests with the cooking class, local experiences, and full Sri Lanka travel planning in Japanese.

Do you offer long stay discounts at Villa Estuary?

Yes. We welcome extended stays and offer special discounted rates for stays of 14 nights or more, and long stay rates for 28 nights or more. Long stay rates are available on direct bookings only. Contact us at info@villaestuary.com or call +94 768 678 660 to enquire about current rates.

Does Villa Estuary charge different rates by season?

Yes. Villa Estuary uses seasonal pricing. Peak season runs December to March when rates are higher due to demand. Shoulder season covers October, November and April.
